To frame the conversation, we ask:
- Is this the Wooster you know? (are these statements accurate and true?)
- What is missing? (What is important to our essential qualities and character
that is not conveyed in these statements?) - Given these statements will guide our planning and priority setting, what do
they mean for the work we do individually, in our departments, our
committees, and our organizations? - Now consider the vision statement: How will we know we have achieved our
vision? What indicators should we focus our attention upon?
